Exchanges:

• Note that we cannot guarantee the availability of stock for exchanges.
• If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned, unworn, and unwashed clothing.
• Please allow [3-5 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account.
